A great many of you have emailed me regarding today?s article in today?s Wall Street Journalby Jeff D. Opdyke, pertaining to review and replacement of existing long-term care insurance programs that you?ve been selling for the past few years. I just arrived in Florida, have been traveling all day to get here, so I haven?t had a chance to seriously review and analyze Opdyke?s thoughts.
I will be in meetings for the next few days and then will be traveling back to California on Saturday. With this in mind, I will have a post by Monday, November 19th, providing you with my thoughts and comments.
That being said, if you refer back to my Blog post of October 26, 2007 you will see that I recommend the importance of periodic reviews of long-term care insurance programs that you have placed in the past. Therefore, in this regard, my thinking on this particular matter has preceded Opdyke?s.
I will provide you with specific comments upon my return.
